“Stop the implementation of outsourcing and reshaping of the transport bases”, “Revive militant labor union from workplace to confront neo-liberal offensive which has deprived all resisting forces against calamities and accidents in its greedy pursuit of profit” and “Achieve an over-all development of the Nationwide Campaign of National Railway Struggle”.
