We have the equivalent value of 1 billion barrels of oil per annum lieing dormant around our coastlines--The sooner we get it live the faster our "low carbon" non nuclear return.---Time and tide are waiting for mankind.
In our opinion (SANE) the government should make sure that this energy is protected from global energy companies and that Britain owns at least some of its energy infrastructure.
