We feel very sad for the people of Japan who want to end nuclear energy whilst a potential new government and big business are desperate for it

Offshore wind is blowing out the Nuclear flame!--Time and tide are waiting!

Thanks to Paul of Shepperdine who works for MCT we would advice that our readers check out:-

Note the involvement of E-on and RWE

From this website one can see that there is no need for new nuclear or on shore wind!

We have the equivalent value of 1 billion barrels of oil per annum lieing dormant around our coastlines--The sooner we get it live the faster our "low carbon" non nuclear return.---Time and tide are waiting for mankind.

In our opinion (SANE) the government should make sure that this energy is protected from global energy companies and that Britain owns at least some of its energy infrastructure.

The Offshore Valuation Group is an informal collaboration of government and industry organisations who have come together to address the question: what is the value of the UK's offshore renewable energy resource?
