Rory Walker gives The Secretary of State some stress

 

Justification: Application for a Judicial Review against the Government’s plans for more nuclear reactors

 Rory Walker, who has been granted legal aid, has lodged an application for a Judicial Review against the government’s plans to build more nuclear power stations. A press release from Rory's solicitors has already been issued and a copy was sent to you on the 24th March.  If you need further copies of it, please let me know. 

A procedural hearing will be held in May in Leeds to decide whether the application will proceed to a full judicial hearing on its merits.
