Please see the email we have just received from Tim Proudler of Eon with regard to our responses to their responses:-
Many thanks for a copy of your document covering responses to Horizon Nuclear Power's 'Response to Public Feedback, March 2010'.
We note that many of the points raised in the document refer to SANE's views on Government policy and we do not feel that it is appropriate for us to respond on these.
With regards to the more project specific queries raised in the document; you may be aware that Horizon Nuclear Power is currently developing an Oldbury specific website and this extended 'micro site' will have an expanded Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section in which many of the issues you raise are addressed in detail.
We will be happy to provide links to the micro site for you to publicise on its completion.
Kind regards,
Tim

Mr Proudler's response is pathetic. He is ducking SANEs concerns because he knows very well he cant allay them. They are trying to ignore SANE... Here's betting the website he mentions will give the same dismissive comments they made in their responses document.
ReplyDeleteRe their comment "We note that many of the points raised in the document refer to SANE's views on Government policy and we do not feel that it is appropriate for us to respond on these." - but SANE was responding to Horizon's comments so they already have !!!!
ReplyDeleteQuestion - why does he now not want to engage with SANE on these points?
Answer - because he knows SANE are right in what they have said!
what a wishy washy response... i think you deserved better after all the effort you have put in to your response (well done by the way)... do they realise you are all concerned ordinary local folks with jobs etc giving up your own time without pay to work tirelessly to protect our beautiful valley from their loathesome despicable plans .... these people really are sooo rude!!!!
