I am reading the above book and thoroughly recommend it anybody who has an interest in the current policy in the UK.
It is edited by Ian Rutledge and Philip Wright and is published by the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies.
Let us hope that the Secretary of State and Ministers of DECC take note and start to end the exploitation of the British people by global , foreign energy companies.
As there is no free market and there never can be, I as a believer in free market, understand our best policy would now be for the generation sectors to be owned by the state.
